Using Sparkle
Website and booking terms.
These terms apply when you use cleanedbysparkle.com, the Sparkle customer portal, or Sparkle's online booking services.

Booking information
Please provide accurate contact, service-address, home, access, and scheduling information. Availability, duration, assignment, and price are confirmed by the booking flow and may change when booking details change. A booking that requires review or additional payment is not updated until the required review or payment is completed.
Payments and changes
Applicable prices, discounts, credits, taxes or fees, and payment status are shown during checkout or in the customer portal. Payment processing is provided by Stripe. Cancellation, refund, rescheduling, and booking-change options shown for the specific appointment in the customer portal govern that request; contact Sparkle when an online option is unavailable.
Safe access and service
You are responsible for providing safe, lawful access to the service location and for identifying conditions that may affect the work. Sparkle may pause, decline, or adjust service when access, safety, scope, or property conditions differ materially from the booked information.
Google Maps
The booking form uses Google Maps Platform to suggest service addresses. The website also displays business ratings and selected five-star reviews supplied by Google. Featured reviews are a selection; the aggregate rating reflects the business profile, and all reviews can be viewed on Google. Your use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with booking availability, probe accounts or payment links, submit false information, or use automated requests that disrupt service. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, workers, the website, or payment systems.
