Privacy at Sparkle.
This notice explains the information Sparkle Cleaning Services uses to operate the website, arrange cleanings, process payments, and support customers.

Information we use
When you request or manage a cleaning, we may receive your name, email, phone number, service address, home and service selections, appointment preferences, access instructions, notes, and communications with Sparkle. We also receive ordinary technical information needed to keep the website secure and working, such as request timing, device or browser details, and fraud-prevention signals.
Address suggestions
As you type a service address, the search text is sent through Sparkle's server to Google Maps Platform so matching addresses can be suggested. When you choose a result, Google provides address details that we use to fill the booking. Your selected service address is stored with the booking. Use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
Google reviews
Our website displays public business ratings, reviews, author names, and profile images supplied by Google Maps Platform. Reviews are requested through Sparkle's server. Author images may load directly from Google, and profile and review links open Google's website. These features are subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service.
Payments and accounts
Payment entry is handled by Stripe. Sparkle receives payment status, amount, and transaction identifiers, but not your complete card number. If a booking creates or connects an account, we use the account information to show appointments, rewards, payment status, and service history.
How information is used and shared
We use information to quote, schedule, assign, deliver, bill, and support your cleaning; communicate appointment changes; prevent abuse; and maintain business records. We share only what is needed with service providers that help operate those functions, including assigned cleaning professionals, payment, address, communications, hosting, and support providers. We do not sell service-address information.
Your choices
You can update many account and booking details in the customer portal. Browser notification permission can be turned off on your device. For access, correction, or deletion questions, email hello@cleanedbysparkle.com. Some records may be retained when reasonably needed for payments, disputes, safety, legal obligations, or legitimate business records.
Updates
We may update this notice as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
