Running water is required
Running water must be available for Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning. If it will be unavailable, tell us in the booking form. A $100 no-running-water fee applies, and Sparkle must approve the job and water plan before confirming service.
Without running water, payment alone does not confirm service. Do not assume a water alternative is provided; the practical plan must be agreed first.

Clean inside and outside of one microwave or air fryer.
Clean inside one standard empty, normally soiled fridge, including its defrosted freezer compartment.
Clean inside one standard empty, cool, safely accessible and normally soiled oven.
Empty storage interiors
Clean inside completely empty cabinets.
Clean inside completely empty drawers.
Clean inside completely empty closets.
Wipe cabinet fronts and other reachable, high-touch surfaces.
Bathrooms and details
Clean sinks, showers, tubs, toilets, fixtures and mirrors.
Detail serviceable kitchen and bathroom buildup.
Clean baseboards, doors, frames, trim, handles and switch plates.
Dust reachable ledges, vents, fans, light fixtures and blinds.
Floors and final check
Vacuum carpets and rugs; sweep and mop hard floors, including edges and corners.
Clean beneath or behind light furniture where safely accessible.
Dust and wipe accessible areas behind TVs without moving, disconnecting or unmounting them.
Finish with a walkthrough and quality check.
Prepare the property
Empty cabinets, drawers, closets, fridge and freezer compartment before arrival.
Defrost the freezer before the visit; waiting for defrosting is not included.
Leave the oven empty, cool and safely accessible.
Confirm running-water status and share entry, parking and access details.

What needs separate review?
Additional refrigerators, standalone freezers, ovens or oven cavities need a manual quote.
Reachable interior windows and detailed blind-slat wiping are separate add-ons. Other window cleaning needs its own agreed scope.
Food or personal-property removal, excessive grease and heavy but safe buildup are not included in the base package.
Heavy furniture moving, appliance disassembly and electrical work are not included.
Pest activity, biohazards or unsafe conditions may be declined or rescheduled.
Work outside the agreed scope needs advance review and customer approval before any added charge.
From request to a clear cleaning plan

Review what is included. Check the quote, preparation, access and any requests that need team review.
Prepare for the confirmed visit. Empty the agreed interiors and follow the confirmed access and water plan. No-water jobs need that plan approved before service is confirmed.

Before moving day
How is Move-In / Move-Out different from Deep Cleaning?
Move-In / Move-Out includes the full Deep Cleaning checklist plus interiors of empty cabinets, drawers and closets, one standard prepared fridge with its defrosted freezer compartment, and one standard prepared oven. Those appliance interiors are optional extras on a Deep Clean.
Does the home have to be empty?
The move service is designed for empty or mostly empty homes. Included storage and appliance interiors must be empty and properly prepared. Personal-property removal and heavy furniture moving are not part of the base scope; tell us about remaining belongings before the visit.
Are windows included?
No. Reachable interior-window cleaning is an optional add-on, and exterior or other specialist window work needs a separate agreed scope. Routine blind dusting is included; detailed hand-wiping of each slat is separate.
What if the water is turned off?
Declare no running water in the booking form. A $100 no-running-water fee applies, and Sparkle must approve both the job and a workable alternative before confirming service. Payment alone does not satisfy that review. Do not assume the team will bring a water supply unless an operational plan is approved.
How much does move cleaning cost?
The quote depends on your home’s size, room and bathroom counts, chosen extras and applicable requirements. Use the booking form to see the current calculation. Additional appliance units and unusual conditions need review; any work outside the agreed scope must be approved before an added charge.
What should I do if the freezer is not defrosted?
Contact Sparkle before the appointment. The fridge and freezer compartment must be empty, and the freezer must be defrosted before arrival. Disassembly, electrical work and waiting for defrosting are not included. Unprepared interiors receive exterior cleaning only.
Do you offer move cleaning in the Los Angeles area?
Yes. Enter the property address in the booking form to check service details and available appointments. Availability and any special requirements must be confirmed for your property; a moving deadline does not by itself reserve a cleaning.
