POST-CONSTRUCTION CLEANING IN LOS ANGELES

Post-Construction Cleaning

You built it. Let's make it Sparkle.

The project is finished. The dust has other plans. Sparkle helps homeowners, contractors, developers, and property managers bring newly built and renovated spaces across the finish line with a cleaning plan tailored to the property, its finishes, and the handover date.

Tell us about your project. We'll review the details and prepare a custom quote.

The final detail your project deserves

Fine dust can settle inside cabinets, along trim, across glass, and in corners long after the tools are packed away. We focus on the details that help a finished space look ready for its next chapter, with methods chosen for the surfaces we're cleaning.

Who we work with: Homeowners after a remodel; builders and general contractors; residential developers; property managers; real estate teams; and businesses preparing a renovated space for use.

Choose the cleaning stage your project needs

Initial post-build cleanup: Available by project review after the work area has been released for cleaning. Focuses on approved loose dust, light debris, and preparing accessible surfaces for more detailed cleaning. Heavy construction waste and hauling are scoped separately.

Detailed final cleaning: A thorough clean after the dust-producing trades are finished, covering agreed rooms, finishes, fixtures, cabinets, floors, and glass.

Handover touch-up: A separately scheduled return visit to refresh agreed areas after punch-list work, walkthroughs, or final deliveries. The timing, areas, and price are confirmed in your quote.

A quote built around your project

The size of the property is one part of the picture. We also consider the amount and type of dust, the finishes, window access, leftover materials, cleaning stage, and deadline. Photos, a walkthrough, or both may be needed before the scope and price are confirmed.

Service options: One-time final clean; reviewed initial cleanup; staged project visits; and handover touch-ups. Request your preferred schedule and we'll confirm availability.

What your post-construction cleaning plan can cover

Every project is different. Your written quote will identify the rooms, surfaces, cleaning stage, and any specialty work included.

Dust, trim, and finished surfaces
  • Remove approved loose dust from accessible horizontal surfaces, ledges, baseboards, door frames, trim, and other agreed details.
  • Clean doors, handles, switches, railings, and safely reachable fixture exteriors.
  • Dust accessible vent and grille faces without opening or servicing the HVAC system.
  • Gently dust or spot-clean walls where the finish and cure time allow.
Cabinets, closets, and built-ins
  • Clean accessible cabinet exteriors, shelving, and built-in surfaces.
  • Wipe the interiors of empty cabinets and drawers when included in the scope.
  • Detail accessible closet shelves, tracks, and corners after belongings and construction materials have been removed.
Kitchens and bathrooms
  • Clean counters, backsplashes, sinks, faucets, and agreed appliance exteriors.
  • Clean toilets, vanities, mirrors, tubs, shower surfaces, and fixtures where ready for cleaning.
  • Remove loose installation dust from agreed accessible surfaces without disturbing fresh grout, sealant, or protective coatings.
Glass, windows, and floors
  • Clean agreed interior glass, mirrors, and accessible window surfaces.
  • Detail frames, sills, and tracks when specified.
  • Remove approved loose dust from hard floors and carpets using methods suited to the finish and dust conditions; damp-clean hard floors where appropriate.
  • Review labels, light adhesive residue, or small paint spots individually before including removal. Specialty glass, exterior windows, and stubborn residue are quoted separately.
Light debris and finishing details
  • Collect approved small, ordinary cleanup debris and place it in the site's designated disposal point.
  • Clean agreed stairs, hallways, entries, and other connecting areas.
  • Complete a final check of the agreed areas and flag anything that needs repair, another trade, or a follow-up visit.

Scope note: Heavy debris hauling, hazardous-material cleanup, HVAC or duct cleaning, high-access work, floor restoration, and pressure washing require separate review and are not automatically included.

How it works

  1. Share the project. Submit the form with your location, approximate size, project stage, target date, and optional photos.
  2. Confirm the scope. We review the site conditions, access, finishes, and timing. A walkthrough may be arranged when needed.
  3. Get the finishing clean. Once the quote and schedule are approved, we clean the agreed areas and communicate any items that need attention.

Good questions. Clear answers.

Before we make it Sparkle.

Is this the same as a regular deep clean?

Post-construction cleaning is planned around installation dust, new finishes, project access, and the cleaning stage. We review those details before quoting so the scope fits the work your property actually needs.

When should I schedule the final clean?

Ideally, after the dust-producing work is finished and the property is ready for cleaning. If trades will return, tell us so we can discuss staged visits or a separate touch-up.

Do you remove paint, grout, stickers, or adhesive?

Some light residue may be included after we review the material and the surface. We confirm what can be treated without damaging the finish; extensive buildup and specialty removal need separate approval.

Are windows and cabinet interiors included?

They can be included in your written quote. Tell us about the window count and access, and whether cabinets and drawers will be empty. Exterior or high-access windows require separate review.

Can you remove construction waste?

Approved light cleanup debris can be included. Large materials, heavy debris, and off-site hauling are reviewed separately and must be expressly listed in the quote.

Does the property need water and power?

Please tell us whether working water, power, and adequate lighting will be available. If anything is missing, we need to review a practical plan before confirming service.

Your space. Your scope.

Tell us about your project.

Share the basics and the date you're working toward. We'll review your request and follow up about the cleaning scope and quote.

This is a quote request, not a booking. No payment, crew reservation, or confirmed appointment is created by submitting.
