A store clean that goes beyond the sales floor
The areas around machines matter just as much as the surfaces customers see. We plan the work around your food service, equipment access, store hours, and priorities, including the reachable tops, sides, bases, and surrounding surfaces that can be easy to overlook.
For: Gas stations with stores; standalone convenience stores; franchise and independent operators; and owners or managers with multiple locations.
Service options to request: One-time detail cleaning; recurring store cleaning; periodic food and beverage station detailing; or an initial deeper clean followed by a maintenance plan. Low-traffic, overnight, and phased-area scheduling requests are reviewed for availability.
What your store cleaning plan can cover
We confirm the exact equipment, areas, visit frequency, and access in your written quote. Routine exterior cleaning and approved food-contact component cleaning are identified separately, so everyone knows what will be cleaned and when.

- Hot dog and taquito roller grills: Approved roller surfaces, reachable surrounds, guards, and removable drip or grease trays using the procedure for the specific model.
- Hot-food display cases: Glass, handles, exterior panels, reachable shelves, and approved removable racks or trays when the case is emptied and released for cleaning.
- Bun warmers and food-service counters: Accessible interiors when empty and approved, exterior surfaces, surrounding counters, and splash areas.
- Chili and cheese machines: Exterior housings, buttons or handles, drip trays, visible dispensing areas, and surrounding surfaces. Approved removable food-contact parts are included only when expressly scoped.
- Condiment areas: Counters, sneeze guards, packet holders, accessible dispenser exteriors, tray surfaces, and sticky buildup around the station.
- Microwaves and other agreed food equipment: Accessible interior or exterior surfaces as specified after the equipment has been prepared for cleaning.
Fountain drinks and frozen beverages
- Fountain machines: Exterior panels, buttons or levers, splash panels, cup-rest grates, and removable drip trays.

- Slurpee / slushie / frozen-beverage machines: Exterior housings, touchpoints, splash areas, cup-rest surfaces, and drip trays.
- Frozen-beverage dispensing details: Accessible undersides and the area below dispensing outlets; approved removable spouts or food-contact parts only when specifically included and supported by the machine's instructions.

The details above, below, and around equipment
Our agreed machine-area scope can include accessible machine tops, side panels, front edges, support shelves, reachable backs, counter seams, splash zones, and nearby floor edges. Food and merchandise must be cleared where necessary. Areas blocked by fixed equipment, live connections, or stocked surfaces are reviewed before inclusion.
Equipment note: Food-contact cleaning is planned using the equipment's instructions and suitable product directions. Internal syrup or product lines, pressurized systems, boilers, refrigeration parts, and technical servicing are not part of ordinary machine-area cleaning. If you need a full internal sanitation cycle, tell us so the work and appropriate operator or specialist can be reviewed separately.
Cooler, freezer, and display glass
- Clean agreed cooler and freezer door glass, both sides where accessible and released for cleaning.
- Detail handles, door frames, and accessible edges, with seals included only where the method is approved.
- Clean ice-merchandiser glass, food-case glass, and other agreed display fronts.
- Remove fingerprints and suitable light residue from accessible glass without disturbing temperature controls or stocked products.
- Include empty cooler shelving and interiors only when specifically arranged and cleared for cleaning.
Checkout, sales floor, and customer areas
- Clean checkout counters, bagging surfaces, and accessible fixtures.
- Wipe agreed ATM, lottery kiosk, payment-terminal, and register exteriors with methods appropriate for electronics.
- Clean accessible shelf edges, endcaps, and agreed display surfaces without relocating merchandise.
- Clean agreed doors, handles, interior glass, ledges, baseboards, and safely reachable vent faces.
- Vacuum mats and clean agreed sales-floor surfaces, including accessible edges and areas near the beverage and food stations.
- Clean customer seating, table surfaces, and other agreed shared areas.
Restrooms, employee areas, and stockrooms
- Clean toilets, urinals, sinks, faucets, mirrors, counters, agreed partitions, and restroom floors.
- Clean accessible splash areas and agreed touchpoints.
- Refill accessible soap, tissue, and towel dispensers from store-provided supplies when included.
- Clean agreed employee break areas, accessible backroom floors, clear shelves, food-prep counters, handwashing sink surrounds, and dishwashing sink surfaces.
All agreed trash cans, inside and outside
- Empty every ordinary trash can included in the plan: checkout, food stations, beverage stations, restrooms, backrooms, and agreed exterior or pump-island bins.
- Clean trash-can interiors, lids, rims, and exterior surfaces; detail visible spills and residue, with fuller washing and drying on the agreed schedule.
- Replace liners after the bin is ready for use and move bagged waste to the store's designated onsite disposal point.
- Clean accessible surrounding surfaces and floors, and keep recycling separated according to the store's system.
Trash scope note: Your plan will identify bin locations, liner supply, disposal access, and the interior-cleaning schedule. Dumpster washing, off-site hauling, hazardous waste, and medical or sharps waste require separate arrangements.
Storefronts and agreed exterior areas
- Clean agreed storefront windows and entry-door glass, handles, frames, and accessible signs or ledges.
- Pick up ordinary litter in agreed entry, sidewalk, forecourt, parking-edge, and bin-surround areas.
- Clean accessible exterior bin surfaces, lids, and interiors on the agreed schedule.
- Wipe agreed fuel-dispenser exterior panels, screens, and buttons using an approved method for that equipment.
- Clean reachable pump-island surface details, bollards, seating, and squeegee-station exteriors where included and accessible.
- Sweep or otherwise clean agreed ground surfaces using a method appropriate to the site conditions.
Exterior scope note: Pressure washing, large parking-lot cleaning, canopy or high-sign cleaning, dumpster-pad detailing, graffiti removal, and extensive ground staining are reviewed separately. Fuel spills, fuel-system components, hose or nozzle internals, hazardous materials, and machine repair are outside ordinary exterior cleaning.
A plan for the way your store operates
Choose regular upkeep, a deeper one-time reset, or a mix of both. We can separate the work performed at every visit from scheduled detailing, including trash-can interiors, station components, and harder-to-reach areas. Tell us your low-traffic windows and any equipment preparation needed so we can confirm a workable plan.
How we quote your store
We review the store size, food and beverage equipment, machine count, buildup, restrooms, windows, exterior areas, trash locations, visit frequency, and access. For machine-specific tasks or larger locations, photos or a walkthrough may be needed before the quote is finalized.
- Show us your store. Submit the form with your address, priorities, equipment, preferred schedule, and optional photos.
- Build the scope. We review the areas, machine preparation, exterior needs, and tasks to perform at each visit or periodically.
- Keep it Sparkle. Once the quote and schedule are approved, we clean the agreed areas and flag anything that needs attention.

Good questions. Clear answers.
Before we make it Sparkle.
Can you clean while the store stays open?
Tell us your operating hours and busiest periods. We can review a low-traffic window or a plan to clean agreed areas in stages. Food and machine areas may need to be temporarily released for cleaning.
Do you clean fountain nozzles and the area underneath?
The plan can cover the accessible underside, splash area, and drip tray. Removable beverage nozzles and diffusers can be included when the approved procedure for that model is available and the component work is expressly agreed.
Do you clean Slurpee or slushie machine interiors?
Ordinary machine-area cleaning covers agreed exterior and accessible dispensing areas. A full internal cleaning or sanitation cycle is reviewed separately because the procedure, product removal, and operator responsibilities vary by model.
Do you empty all the trash cans and clean inside them?
Yes, all ordinary bins named in your scope can be emptied, with interior, lid, rim, and exterior cleaning scheduled in the plan. Tell us about every bin location, including exterior and pump-island bins.
Can you clean the gas-station exterior?
Storefront glass, ordinary litter pickup, exterior bins, and approved accessible pump-island surfaces can be reviewed for your quote. Pressure washing, canopy access, heavy staining, and fuel-related contamination need separate review or a specialist.
Can you clean multiple stores?
Yes, submit the first location and tell us how many stores you need reviewed. We'll confirm each location's scope, access, schedule, and quote.
