Products and methods match each surface and the manufacturer’s care instructions. No routine mat steaming, duct cleaning, repairs or equipment disassembly. Visible dirt is addressed every visit; detailed baseboard washing, vent-cover cleaning and full cubby cleaning follow an agreed rotation.

Optional paid add-ons: restrooms and showers beyond your included allowance, interior windows, laundry, appliance interiors, empty cabinet interiors and agreed outdoor areas. Equipment detail and baseboard washing are included in Sparkle Studio Clean—not separate paid extras.

Starting rates for maintained studios. Final price depends on confirmed scope and selected extras. Up to 2 restrooms OR 1 restroom + 1 shower included. No residential recurring discounts. Weekly service supplements daily and between-class cleaning.

Heavy buildup may require a one-time extra charge. Scope and price approved before work begins. This is not an automatic new-customer fee. Your first-visit and ongoing totals are shown separately; a one-time adjustment never repeats.
