02 / Deep Cleaning
A detailed top-to-bottom reset that includes the complete Standard Cleaning checklist, including the inside and outside of one microwave or air fryer, plus extra attention to buildup, baseboards, doors, frames, trim, fixtures, reachable vents, ceiling fans, light fixtures, routine blind dusting, floor edges, corners and other often-missed areas.
We give extra attention to kitchens, bathrooms, baseboards, doors, trim, fixtures, and detailed surfaces so the entire home feels renewed — not simply maintained.
03 / Move-In & Move-Out
Sparkle’s most comprehensive residential cleaning for an empty or mostly empty home. Includes the complete Deep Cleaning checklist throughout the home, including the inside and outside of one microwave or air fryer, plus the interiors of empty cabinets, drawers and closets, one standard empty fridge including its defrosted freezer compartment, and one standard empty, cool and safely accessible oven under normal household conditions.
Food removal, personal-property removal, excessive grease or heavy but safe buildup is not included in the base package and requires advance scope review plus customer approval before any added charge.
Running water must be available for Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning. If it will be unavailable, tell us below. A $100 no-running-water fee applies, and Sparkle must approve the job and water plan before confirming service.
04 / Airbnb Turnover
Sparkle keeps your short-term rental polished, reset, and ready between stays. Our checklist-based turnovers combine professional cleaning with a thoughtful hospitality reset, helping hosts and property managers deliver a consistent guest experience without having to manage every detail themselves.
We work around your booking calendar and flag anything that may need attention before the next guest arrives.
A finishing touch
Detailed hand-wiping of accessible baseboards to remove dust, buildup, and light scuffs. Does not include heavy furniture moving or removal of permanent marks.
Add it to Standard Cleaning or an Airbnb Turnover. Already included with Deep, Move-In, and Move-Out Cleaning at no extra charge.

Optional add-on · priced by item
Freshen up your upholstered seating. We vacuum accessible cushions, backrests, arms and crevices to remove loose dust, crumbs and everyday pet hair, using attachments appropriate for the fabric.
Included: accessible upholstered surfaces, cushion tops and sides, beneath removable cushions when safe to lift, seams and crevices, and routine loose dust, crumbs and pet hair.
Not included: shampooing, steaming, wet extraction, stain or odor treatment, heavy furniture moving, disassembly, or intensive removal of embedded pet hair.
