Upholstery Vacuuming

Freshen up your upholstered seating. Fabric-appropriate attachments lift loose dust, crumbs and routine pet hair from accessible cushions, backrests, arms and crevices, including beneath cushions when safe to lift.

Dry vacuuming only—not shampooing, steaming, wet extraction, stain treatment or odor removal. No heavy furniture moving or disassembly. Oversized pieces and heavily embedded pet hair need a custom quote approved before work.
For studios, this covers lobby seating only. Agreed fitness equipment surface care is already included in Sparkle Studio Clean. Routine seating pet hair is included here, not charged again as a pet-hair extra.

Steam Detail Cleaning
Targeted help for stubborn buildup, with the right method for each surface.
Surface care: Used only when included in your booked scope. We follow material and manufacturer care instructions and use a suitable non-steam method wherever heat or moisture is not appropriate.
Steam is a method, not an extra equipment fee. It is not used on every surface, upholstery or fitness mat. We do not promise sanitization, sterilization or a particular germ-kill result.
Delicate finishes, electronics, appliance controls, seals and heat-sensitive materials are protected. Your surface determines the method—not the machine.

Surface care: Steam is used only where manufacturer-approved—not on controls, seals or electrical parts. We use an appropriate alternative whenever needed.
One refrigerator and one oven are included in Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning. For other services, add appliance interiors when booking. Any available bundle savings are shown in your price.
Do you steam every appliance?
No. We follow the appliance manufacturer’s care instructions and the needs of each surface. If steam is unsuitable, we use an appropriate non-steam cleaning method. Refrigerator interiors must be emptied; ovens must be cool and empty.
